It is now free for those living both in and out of the TCDC area to join the Thames, Mercury Bay and Tairua Libraries. We make a nominal charge of $2.10 for the library card. If you are visiting the area you can join the library for three months for a charge of $20.
You will need to bring photo ID (e.g passport, driver's licence, ID card) and a document confirming your home address (e.g power bill or bank statement) to join.
